I am a big fan of pasture raised beef, and this farm's filet mignon did not disappoint. The steak was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection on the stovetop. The flavor was rich and robust, and I could taste the difference from conventionally raised beef. I will definitely be buying from this farm again in the future.
